As a Sioux Center native and seasoned real estate professional, I recognize and value the trust my clients place in me, and I strive everyday to exceed their expectations.

In 2021, I became a  Broker/Owner with Vision Realty.  We at Vision Realty are part of a cooperating brokerage.  What does this mean for you?  We can show you any listing, anywhere.  The aspect I love the most is spending time with buyers, getting to know their personalities, their families and their dream home.  I work exceptionally hard for my sellers, representing their property to it’s fullest potential  I will give you my best – integrity, honesty, compassion and professionalism…EVERY SINGLE TIME!  

I am a member of the Northwest Iowa Board of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. Other certificates I have include Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), At Home with Diversity (AHWD), and Real Estate Negotiating Expert (RENE). I sell residential properties, commercial properties and acreages.  I’ve also had the privilege of listing land auctions in Sioux County.   My goal for every client is to make getting to the closing table fun and hassle-free.  I know the ever-changing market in Sioux Center and the surrounding areas.  Let me work for you!

My husband and I reside in Sioux Center.  Marv is a general contractor in home remodels in the surrounding area.  Some of our hobbies include golfing, hosting BBQ’s/entertaining, church activities, and making new friends.  We have 2 grown children, 3 grandchildren and are enjoying being “empty nesters”.
