About Brad Van Regenmorter

I was raised on an acreage south of Sioux Center. After marrying my wife Linda, we purchased the acreage from my parents and continue to reside on this same acreage. I am co-owner of a construction business. We custom build new homes or remodel existing homes in the communities of Northwest Iowa. My hobbies include fishing, hunting, attending sporting events, and spending time with family. Linda and I have two adult children. 

As a licensed real estate agent, I enjoy assisting clients with buying and selling real estate. I realize the importance of their investment and work to assure that my clients are treated fairly and honestly. I work with clients who wish to buy or sell residential properties, commercial properties, and acreages. I look forward to assisting you with your real estate needs.
